A buoyant little solo in the Klezmer Freilach style for lower brass Suitable for trombone, euphonium or baritone horn. This piece is in a brisk 2/4 time in D minor built on 2 main themes with small ornaments and rhythmic changes in the repetition. The pitch ranges from A, 1st space to F, 2 leger lines above the Bass Staff. This is an excellent performance piece as it is quite showy without being unduly difficult.
