William Hawley's "My Soul Doth Magnify the Lord (Magnificat)" for Mixed Chorus and Organ sets the King James Version of the Canticle of Mary (Luke 1:46-55), with the text of the Lesser Doxology appended. The work was composed for St. Luke's Church, Ithaca, New York, James Porterfield, Organist and Choirmaster, and was given its Liturgical Premiere in that church in 1993. This download is the full score in the original ms, which was used in the Premiere, and includes permission to print multiple copies as necessary for the Choirmaster, Organist and Chorus for rehearsal and performance. The audio clip is the complete work, as recorded in rehearsal. ASCAP http://williamhawley.net
