ON HUMAN RIGHTS (1), for SATB choir and piano, written for the UN Human Rights Office celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and as a response to Fondazione Adkins Chiti: Donne in Musica's call for compositions for their "Global Call for New Music". The texts used are in English and comprise of six different international famous quotations on the subject of Human Rights, marked in the score. Included in this composition are also two important existing songs: The March of The Women by Ethel Smyth and Bread and Roses (USA, Anon.?). The attached file includes score, choir score and piano score.
