This is a sacred cantata, written for limited chamber orchestra, SAB choir, and mezzo-soprano and bass soloists. It is suitable for Christmas, Easter, or at any time of the year, and it has also been performed as a concert work. All of the texts are adapted directly from the Bible. It is written in a style reminiscent of Baroque cantata and oratorio, but it is designed to be accessible for most volunteer church ensembles. This is the full score. Instrumental parts and vocal scores with keyboard reductions of the orchestral parts are available separately.
