Lute Book Lullaby, or Sweet Was the Song the Virgin Sang, a Renaissance Christmas lullaby. Arranged here for both late elementary small harp and late intermediate floor harp. Inspired by the Geoffrey Shaw choral arrangement. Each arrangement is one page. Some fingering suggestions included. There are several lever changes in the intermediate version, and some in the elementary version. A tutorial for these arrangements may be found at www.patreon.com/tiffanyharpandsong.This sweet and unusual carol, along with several other lute and vocal solos, was compiled by lutenist William Ballet in the early 17th century.
