Product Description

Antonio Vivaldi (4 March 1678 28 July 1741) was an Italian Baroque composer, virtuoso violinist, teacher and cleric. Vivaldis Double Cello Concerto, for 2 cellos, strings and continuo in G minor RV 531 was written for the female music ensemble of the Ospedale della Pieta, a home for abandoned children where Vivaldi was employed for nearly 30 years.

This is an arrangement of the Largo movement, substituting 2 bassoons for the solo cellos and using another bassoon for the accompaniment
