Forever Cardinal Bound is in reference to the Chippewa Falls High School Marching Band in Wisconsin. Their mascot is the Cardinal. This arrangement is based off Cornell Universitys fight song "Far Above Cayugas Waters". That text is set to the tune "Annie Lisle" by H.S. Thompson. Both works were written in the 1800s and are in public domain.
