"Breaking Up Is Hard to Do" is a song recorded by Neil Sedaka, co-written by Sedaka and Howard Greenfield. Sedaka recorded this song twice, in 1962 and 1975, in two significantly different arrangements, and it is considered to be his signature song. This contemporary version features a root-based chord-blocking style that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We've added some pretty cool left-hand fills to maintain the rhythm, but kept it simple and fun to play. We hope you like it!
