All Music's Matthew Greenwald found "All in Love Is Fair" to be among Wonder's "finest ballad statements", which contained "one of the most graceful and memorable hooks from the era"This arrangement is based on the Barbara Streisand version of the song which was recorded in 1974 and appeared on her multi-award-winning album 'The Way We Were',There are versions of this arrangement available for a variety of solo instruments and as a vocal with Brass Band and JSVB Style 10 piece brass ensemble.Rhythmically this arrangement is approximately Grade 4/5 ABRSM/Trinity.
