An original concert march written for and dedicated to my very good friends at Old Hall Brass. It has a traditional march format after an optional fun opening. The first section is a bit like an orchestra tuning up. The band should walk on at different times and start tuning up while the percussion make noises. The MD should walk on briskly after everyone else and bring his hands up at which point the band should immediately stop what they are doing and get ready to play on the downbeat. From then on it is straightforward. It can be used to open either half of a concert and the messing about can be missed out altogether.
