Written on June 3, this is an arrangement of the classic 15th century French carol. It is written on the page as E Minor, but technically it is in E Dorian which is one of the church modes from the medieval times. In Dorian you will hear the 6th note of the minor scale raised, so in E minor the C naturals would be raised to C sharps which gives it a bit of a different flavor that is very beautiful.
