Recognisable and playable version

I was asked to play this at a funeral. I am roughly Gr 6 piano standard and this version was playable and included the important harmonies/ melody - except it missed the big finish after the sung part finishes. I transcribed it and added it from the very difficult version in a standard hymn book.
