I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!! Speaking as the son of the writer, this is by far the most original "cover" ever recorded of the song. Very high praise, indeed, coming from a man who would know (almost) all versions of the song ;-) Everybody Wants To Be A Cat from "The Aristocats": Starts with a moderate swing. Goes to a baroque fugato part. After that, the cello introduces a ballad part, followed by a furious boogie-woogie and a fast stomp finale. In the video you see our live performance of the arrangement. The mp3 is from one of our cds. Duration: approx 4.20 min. Minimal instrumentation: violin1, cello, piano. Voices for violin2, and bass included. Comes with full score and individual parts.
