What started two years ago with No. 1 of Quilter's Shakespear songs has now a successor, the second of Quilter's cycle. Setting that piece for guitar was a much more challenging endeavor than "Fear no more the heat o' the Sun" and than I thought it would be. And due to it's pace (Allegro) it is as well for the gentle guitarist. The arrangement close to the piano score is a challenge for very advanced / performance players, hence I a compiled and added a slighty less demanding version. The latter might lack some of the harmonic richness of the original, but it's nevertheless a gratifying accompaniment for the vocalist. And maybe a starting point to dare to master the complete performance grade version. The download contains scores, parts and guitar tabs for grades advanced and very advanced/performance resp.
