MUSIC FOR ORCHESTRA - CLASSICAL MUSIC - NEOCLASSICAL MUSIC
A Theme is a piece of music I composed for a Symphony Orchestra and Choir. My goal was to discover and develop an intriguing theme. The theme is initially introduced by a solo Horn and then restated by the violins. The chord progression is quite simple, consisting of just two chords: F major and Gb major. I then created variations and incorporated new materials to bridge the beginning of the piece with its final climax. In the climax, the theme is restated in an orchestral tutti, accompanied by the choir. The work concludes with a bass soloist, allowing the theme to gradually fade away. I hope you enjoy it.
