Product Description

'Christ's Lullaby' (Tàladh Chrìosda - 1855) is the popular name for the Scottish Gaelic Christmas carol traditionally sung in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. The text is believed to have been written by Fr. Ranald Rankin, a Roman Catholic priest from Scotland; and is said to have been a gift to his parishioners who were immigrating to Australia. It was to be sung by the children as they made their way to Midnight Mass. This arrangement is scored for 4-part SATB ensemble to be performed a cappella. Performance time: 3:00+-
