Originally for voice and piano, you can feature a soprano vocalist with your band on this classical vocal standard, with the accompaniment adapted for concert band by Jeremy S. Martin. In B-flat minor and cast in ABA' form, Botschaft is Brahms at his most delicate and detailed. At "eile nicht" (hurry not), Brahms combines triplets with duplets as if one half of the accompaniment is attempting to slow down the other.PRINTING NOTEThe parts are formatted for standard 8.5x11 (letter) paper.
