This arrangement is intended for advanced clarinet students or professionals to play. The music is that of Beethoven's great and final string quartet, Opus 135, first movement. In contrast to most of Beethoven's string quartets, this one features quite a lot of rests in the music, making it more adaptable for wind instruments. I have also made a similar arrangement of this movement for saxophone quartet.
