Rather like a good Christmas dinner, this arrangement is rich, lavish and possibly over-indulgent! The final verse takes the idea of "won't go until we've got some" to its (il)logical conclusion with something akin to a choral fantasia on the theme including a fugal passage...This arrangement was made for a community choir with sopranos, altos and men (all singing baritone) so would suit choirs with a smaller number of male singers and would make a splendid finale to an extravagant Christmas concert!
