This arrangement enables the 2nd violin, viola, cello and string bass players to play either open strings or in the first finger position. If needed, to supplement the 1st violin part other 'C' instruments can be invited to play, such as recoreders, flutes etc! The simple piano accompaniment serves to fill out the harmony where required, and the fourteen page download includes seven page full score and all individual parts, including a two-page piano score.
