John Lunn's music for the British historical drama "Downton Abbey" captures the pomp and ceremony of the British Royalty absolutely perfectly. There is both energy and emotion in the driving 6/8 rhythm. Lyrics to this music were added later by Don Black (of James Bond movie-theme fame) and "Did I Make the Most of Loving You" leaves fans a little choked-up when they read/hear the lyrics. All three instruments in this String Trio arrangement pass back-and-forth the lyrical theme, as well as the ostinato eighth-notes.
