Sting's contribution to the 1987 CD A Very Special Christmas was his arrangement of the traditional Basque carol Gabriel's Message. This version is a transcription with additional arrangement by Jay Jordan and would make a unique SSAA addition to a Christmas concert. The simple drum and tambourine accompaniment can be played by two of the singers. It would also make a great small group feature.
