This high energy piece may be used as an opener, closer, or pep band chart. Run Boy Run by Woodkid was most recently used in the soundtrack of The Umbrella Academy. It features the low brass, a thunderous percussion groove and offers challenging parts throughout the ensemble. The instrumentation is scored to be flexible with lots of doublings. The F Horn and Alto Sax often double and have divisi parts that may be divided between the two instruments if you do not have enough players. The mallet percussion parts each include suspended cymbal parts in case you do not have dedicated crash cymbal player(s). The mallet parts also include Tom-tom parts to add thunderous drums like in the original recording. You do not have to use all of the mallet parts it will work with just the Bell and Xylo parts. Optional Parts: I have included a synth part that could be played by one or two players as well as an Electric Bass, Eb Horn and Baritone T.C. Thanks for choosing to this arrangement! We hope you enjoy performing it! Don and Tony
