A lively arrangement for 2 violins with piano accompaniment of the gospel song The Solid Rock by William Bradbury. This arrangement begins in F Major. Then it modulates into G minor. It concludes in G Major with the 2 violins playing sixteenths in horn fifths while the piano has the melody. Both violins are equal in difficulty and are in 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. The first violin uses 4th finger extension for E-flat. Both violins play runs of the D Major scale. Bowing techniques are legato as well as spiccato brush stroke.
