The Italian composer Fermo Dante Marchetti (1876-1940) composed, in 1904, a slow instrumental waltz, fascination or Liebeszauber, Tzigane waltz. In 1905, the actor and playwright Maurice de Féraudy put lyrics on this music. This music was adapted to the 1957 Billy Wilder film, Love in the afternoon, with stars Gary Cooper, Audrey Hepburn and Maurice Chevalier. The version proposed here uses a solo instrument: Flugelhorn (or Cornet or Trumpet) or Euphonium.
