Ishe Oluwa is a chant-like hymn based on a traditional Yoruba religious song which was adapted for Christian worship. It is a testimony of faith in power of God and the eternity of nature and is especially appropriate for interfaith ceremonies and events. The stately swaying rhythm of the accompanying ensemble creates a great sense of unity and community among all who listen to and sing it. In 2012 groups around the world sang Ishe Oluwa to celebrate Earth Day.
