Fun, energetic, programmatic piece for woodwind quintet. The title comes from signs around Times Square in the early 2000s directing traffic away from Broadway. The piece begins with a depiction of the honking of horns and yelling of motorists, which transforms into a dance-like blues shuffle. Amidst the chaos is a quote from J. S. Bach's C-sharp minor fugue (BWV 873). The piece is in 12/8, with a "written-out" swing rhythm, playable by musicians from a classical or jazz background.
