A characterful, descriptive piece for flute and piano of intermediate difficulty, ideal for recitals or festivals at c. 1' 47" The download contains the score and flute part. This piece draws its inspiration from a trip to Rome in 2014 where the composer was invited to enjoy, but did not always accept, large plates of pasta and regional wines every evening by a persuasive hotel waiter. The fictional character 'Florian' in this piece is the composer's idea of the waiter himself going out to dine full of ebullience and eagerness.
